Hi everyone, I’m back! Dear Mommy asked me to resume my blogging duties soon. She said a lot of you have been asking about me since my first blog post 2 months ago. Is that true? It makes me so happy! Meow!

“but what should I blog about?” I asked Mommy. “kitty, why don’t you blog about all the things you love?” okay, I shall listen to Mommy and do just that!

That’s me on the table. I love running and climbing! It makes my legs strong! I especially love performing for humans. Each time someone is watching me, I do my best to put on a good show! My favourite trick is doing a vertical dash along the back of the leather sofa without falling off!

Ever since my hind legs grew strong enough, I have enjoyed jumping on to the table to read the newspapers. At least, when Mommy is reading, I would accompany her by sitting on the newspaper. So many tiny words!

Let me introduce you to my pet mousey. His name is ben. He’s one of my most favourite things.

I would carry him around in my mouth. He’s such a great companion!

Mommy bought me this tent which even has a blankie inside! She said all little boys need camping experience. I think she’s quite surprised by how fast I grow, because I soon grew too big for the tent! I love its engine red colour though.

Another favourite activity of mine is burrowing into small spaces. That’s me underneath Hello Kitty. I love Hello Kitty. The girl’s fine.

I remember when Mommy saw me crawling between her pillows and sheets. She was so amused she laughed out loud! I wonder why she found it so funny. I almost got lost in there!

In my free time (which is when I’m not sleeping), I would look out for new crawlspaces to get into.

These colourful flowers are so big! They are soft too, just like me.

That’s fuzz, my colourful ball of yarn. Sadly, I have torn it into shreds. Mommy said she would make me another fuzzy ball. She just doesn’t know how yet.

So I shall just play with my feathered toy for now. Catching and biting onto those feathers sure is satisfying! It comes with a bell too.

Look what I can do!

All right, Mommy just said that I’ve worked my paws hard enough and I deserve some treats now. Hip hip hooray! I’m off for my kitty treats! Meow soon!

Sparklette’s New Baby: Snowy, the Cutest Ragdoll Kitten in the World!

A big meow to y’all! My name is snowy and I’m a 3-month-old Ragdoll kitten. I was born early this year and soon found myself in the loving care of my new Mommy Veron and her family. Right now I’m just the weight of three small apples, but one day I will grow up to be a big strong boy!

*turns on camera*

April 13, 2009 would forever be a memorable day for me. That’s the day Mommy brought me home from the pet shop that I once called home!

You may notice that I have blue eyes and a pink nose. Mommy says that my blue eyes are mesmorising, especially with the “eyeliner”. I try to tell her that I’m *really* not wearing any eyeliner. After all, I am a boy!

Although I appear to be white now, I may not be a white kitty forever. When I grow older, the fur ’round my eyes may grow darker. According to Mommy, it should look like batman’s mask! I heard he’s some kind of superhero, so that’s gotta be cool!

Each time Mommy carries me like a baby, I would rest limply in her safe arms. We Ragdolls are pretty floppy by nature, ya know. Whenever we feel the love of being hugged and carried by a warm human, we relax our muscles, like totally, and purr. That’s why we’re called Ragdolls!

I was a little shy in my new home initially and kept burying my face in pillows. But soon I was running around like the happy kitten that I am and playing with my brand new scratching post!

My favourite hiding places are under tables and in narrow crawl spaces. Most of the time I am quiet as a mouse. Mommy’s family let me wear a baby blue collar with a jingling bell so that they can hear me whenever I’m catwalking about. They painstakingly picked a colour that matches my blue eyes! What do you think of it?

My most favourite item in the house is this: my kitty bowl! I eat yummy food from it. It even has a separate compartment for fresh water! Meow! I must eat more so that I can quickly grow bigger!

That’s Tatty Teddy. He doesn’t do much ‘cept sit around all day. Sometimes I play with him, sometimes I don’t. Mostly he just ignores me. I do hope one day we can be friends!

I love playing with balls. Balls are so cool! My favourite is the one with a bell. It’s a gift from one of my human visitors!

Ever since I moved into my new home, a steady stream of humans have come to visit me. They would coo about my long white fur, or ooh and ahh over my blue eyes. I wonder what all the fuss is about. All my brothas and sistas look just the same! It’s fine with me tho. I love being around humans!

Gimme a hug please, good people?

*gnaws paw*

When everyone’s out working (so that they can buy me more food and toys), I would be home sleeping. But as long as someone’s around, I would always sit or play by his or her side.

Sleeping is a fun activity that can be enjoyed in various positions… Face-up, face-down, paw in mouth… My favourite is lying sideways facing the wall. Zzz…

Nap time is always at my favourite corner in Mommy’s room, where it gets so comfortable I doze off in an instant. When Mommy wakes up in the morning, I would follow her from room to room ’til she leaves for work. Then I would go back to sleep and wait for breakfast.

Psst… I’ll let ya in on a little secret. When I’m sleeping, I love it when Mommy strokes and pets me. It makes me feel like the happiest and most loved kitten in the world!

Mommy says that I’m very playful and always outrunning her. When I tire from all the playing and running, I’ll lie under the table for a break. The weather recently has been hot, hot, hot! It’s much cooler on the floor for someone with this thick coat of fur!

Oh yeah, Mommy says that even though I’m cute, I should do more than just eat and play and sleep (and poop) all day. Otherwise I’m just another lazy kitty. So occasionally I would blog over here too, starting with this first post!

Boy, I sure hope I’m off to a good start!

Memebon, the Cutest Japanese Baby Kitten

I shall start this post with a big “awww”! Meet Memebon, the Japanese baby kitten. She’s an Exotic Shorthair and cuts a teeny weeny figure with a humongous amount of cute! I’m usually a sane person but cute animals like this simply render me weak and powerless. I can only surrender to the cute!

I mean, look at her! Isn’t she the cutest thing in the world? *melts into a puddle of goo* Right now the only words out of my mouth are “aaah”, “awww”, and “so cute!” where are her ears anyway?

Kawaii overload!

“Ehn! Wanna get out of this bed but I’m too smaaall! Ehn!” (Are those little stuffed sheep in there?)

“Hey, what’s all this fluff doing?” *presses around with tiny paw but tiny little black tail gets in the way*

Sigh!

“I weigh even less than Hello Kitty, who’s just the weight of three small apples!”

“Lemme out of this bowl, pweeease?”

Mommy’s (wearing a pink bell) here to help!

And Mommy’s all “ye humans there, whaddya put her in all these cups and bowls for? She’s nice and yummy, but she’s not for eating! Meow!”

“I wuv my little plastic fwens! They are the only things teenier than me!”

(The Japanese really know how to ramp up the cute with toys and props!)

Baby kitty’s first shower. “Bath time!”

All naked and wet and helpless! Awww!

“Ehn! Mush… Get… Head… Through! Ehn! Almost there!”

There’s Mommy again. “No one can touch my babeh!”.

Now we know where baby kitty got that black streak on her face!

“Little blue octopus is my bedtime buddy. Must hug with all four paws.”

“Blankie!”

Ain’t she an adorable little doll? Almost too good to be true!

*sucks paw to sleep*

Tell me, are you not charmed yet? I saw some of these Exotic Shorthair cuties at a recent kitty beauty pageant.

Admire Memebon at Memebon.jp, a Japanese site with many other cute cats. She’s all grown up now and of course bigger, but still adorable (in the grown-up cat kind of way).

Championship Cat Show – Feline Beauty Galore!

I love cats! Love the sound of their mews, the way they rub themselves on you, and their cute whiskered faces! Last weekend, I visited the cat championship show at expo with much anticipation. It was organised by the Singapore cat club that’s celebrating its 35th anniversary!

It sure felt awesome to be admiring so many cute feline beauties all in one place! They were in their own cages and visitors could walk by to ooh and ahh at them. Some cat owners would proudly open the cages to let people pet the kitties!

Doesn’t this exotic shorthair kitty resemble garfield? I just love his grumpy look!

The term “championship” may bring the illusion of cats being pitted against one another in some form of sports. (at least, that was my first impression!) it’s really a beauty pageant show, where owners bring their precious kitties to compete for various awards, such as “best of breed” or “best of colour”. Winning kitties get their own special coloured ribbons!

This kitty has a nice coat of grey and white fur. He’s enjoying a good stretch, the way cats do (even lions!). And it’s a “he” because he’s got a beard! Haha!

A white longhair beauty with a long bushy tail. She’s gorgeous! At one point she kept swaying her beautiful tail at passers-by. Awww!

I particularly adore the sapphire blue eyes of this one. What an intent gaze! Beautiful!

For a rarer breed, there’s always the hairless sphynx cat! I had never seen one before except on the TV show, friends (rachel’s pet, mrs. Whiskerson) and the movie, austin powers (dr. Evil’s pet, Mr. Bigglesworth).

This was the one and only sphynx cat at the event, but the poor little fella looked neglected. There weren’t many people making a fuss over him as compared to the other cat breeds. But the sphynx cat certainly is ideal for people with cat hair allergy!

As the kitties were also judged on how well decorated their cages were, many cat owners had found creative ways in beautifying the cages.

The theme for the day was “bollywood”. That explains the colourful flowers and peacock flowers being used to adorn many cat cages. I wonder if the kitties felt extra special in them?

I’m not sure which cage won, but for me this mostly black and dark grey cage was easily the best decorated one.

The owners had painstakingly built a mini taj mahal on the roof of the cat cage! It looked mighty impressive! Hope they won the first prize!

Meanwhile, here are more exotic shorthair kitties!

They really remind me of garfield!

Ehn! Ehn! If you’re wondering why this grey kitty was struggling and looking extra grumpy, that’s because his owner was just about to dress him up in a shiny little costume for the “best dressed cat” competition.

My most favourite cat of the day has got to be the one dressed like aladdin. His owner carried him like he was a baby! Gotta give the little guy props for being so well-behaved. Not once did he fidget about or fuss over his hat and costume. No wonder he was crowned the “best dressed cat”!

As different competitive events went on for the day, some cats got tired from the competition stress. Look at the two sleepyheads!

Of course, what’s a kitty event without kitty food, right? And when it comes to kitty food, there’s always friskies!

“sterilise cats” was the main message carried at the cat adoption booth. Very important stuff!

Perhaps, if more people could see the beauty of cats at such events and realise how lovable and harmless they are, they might treat the animal with more dignity and compassion. Cases of such mindless torture would come to an end.

A Whale of a Christmas!

I didn’t think I would feature cute beluga whales twice in the same month, but here it is: Santa belugas! Help! I think I’m having a cute brain freeze!

These playful marine creatures adore balancing toys on their hats. So why not let them don Santa hats for Christmas? visitors to the hakkeijima sea paradise aquarium on yokohama island are in for a beluga-rific time this festive season. Being a cute-loving bunch, the Japanese have fitted out a couple of belugas with Santa hats!

White belugas = cute. White belugas wearing Santa hats = cute X 2!

I just love the look of concentration of the one on the left! Perhaps if more Japanese saw how adorable these whales are, they would stop their whaling activities.

Question! Do these belugas swim around with their heads up high to prevent their hats from getting wet?

Aww… I “fish” I could give them huggies!

Meet the World’s Most Adorable Baby Whale!

Another baby comes along and takes the world by storm!

This precious little fella is the newest addition to the beluga family at shedd aquarium in chicago. He was born August 16 — a leo, just like me!

Bet you never thought that whales (of all animals!) could be this cute. There’s just something in that sweet little smile of his. He’s totally adorable!

baby beluga in the deep blue sea,
Swim so wild and you swim so free.
Heaven above, and the sea below,
And a little white whale on the go.

Not too long ago, it was Knut the baby polar bear that won hearts from all around the world. Now, it looks as though the world would be equally mesmorised by this adorable baby whale!

See how tiny he is compared to momma whale! In some of these pictures, he still has the wrinkly fetal folds because he is too tiny to fill up his whale skin! Cute!

I have featured baby polar bears, baby pandas, baby kittens and even baby garfields. But never had I thought I would introduce baby whales next on my cute baby animal list! Perhaps all babies are cute?

They’re inviting the public to name the baby beluga. I would so name him “baby bubbles”, which, in my opinion, is a very apt name for a little whale! What do you think? What would you name him?

The Heartwarming Story of Tatty Teddy (Me to You Bear)

With the season of love coming up really soon (sooner than you’ll realise!), I thought it would be nice to share a heartwarming story of a famous bear. He goes by the name Tatty Teddy, or is otherwise known as the Me to You Bear.

By the end of his story, I promise you would feel all fuzzy and warm :)

(As I’m writing this, I’m hugging my cherished Tatty Teddy at the same time.)

The oldest, smallest house you can imagine was about to be knocked down. All the things that once made the house nice and cosy had been thrown outside and piled up in the front garden, from the soft springy bed the owners slept in, to the old wooden floorboards they used to walk on…

…and even, surely by some mistake, a little brown teddy bear.

He was trapped amongst all the other unwanted things, and couldn’t move. Then, one day, a very cold day, something fell from the sky… A little snowflake.

It landed on the teddy bear’s little nose and then was followed by many more. He began to get cold, very cold indeed. More and more snow fell, heavier and heavier. The little bear was now so cold that his nose started turning blue… So cold that his brown fur started turning grey.

He was cold, unloved and all alone in the world, and felt very, very sad.

Winter finally passed and the weather got warmer. One beautiful spring day, a little girl was playing near the old house, when she spotted the grey bear in the pile of unwanted things. He was like no other bear she had ever seen and she pulled him out from where he was trapped.

She dusted him down and lifted him high in the sky to look at him.

“A grey teddy bear… With a blue nose?” she thought. “How strange!”

The teddy bear wanted to cry. He thought she didn’t like him and would throw him back with the other unwanted things.

“But he’s lovely!” she continued and she fell completely in love with him.

She ran home as fast as her little legs would carry her, to see if her Grandma could patch him up as a lot of his stuffing had fallen out, and he was very much in need of repair.

She looked on as her Grandma replaced his stuffing and patched up his holes. His stitches had started showing where the fur had worn away, but the little girl thought he looked perfect.

It was all cosy and warm in the little girl’s house and the bear felt all cosy and warm in his heart. However, his nose was still blue and his fur was still grey, and they would never return to brown.

He was unique among teddy bears.

The little girl gave him a great big hug. She loved him more than anything else in the world, her little grey, blue-nosed…

Caught on Camera: Sam the Shoplifting Seagull

This is so adorable and funny! In Aberdeen, Scotland, a seagull has been spotted shoplifting snacks from a neighbourhood store. Everyday he would walk into the store and make off with his favourite packet of Chili Heatwave flavoured Doritos in his beak!

You have to watch this video to believe it! Notice that the seagull even checks to see if the storekeeper is watching! After getting what he wants, he would run away quickly like he knows he’s doing something wrong!

In the interview, the store owner remarked that this was the same seagull stealing from him everyday. “He’s got this look,” he says. Hahaha!

Nicknamed Sam, the seagull has endeared himself to the local community. Customers have even started paying for his Doritos! So far, he has already pilfered more than 20 bags of the snack.

Here’s a video of Sam stealing the crisps and sharing them with his fellow feathered friends afterward. Awww… What a nice little birdie!

What Newborn Animal is This? (Cute!)

Hello people. After the irresistibly adorable Knut the polar bear cub, I thought I would bring you another baby animal again.

And this time, it’s a newborn! *squeals with delight*

Can you tell what he is? Make a guess! Don’t scroll down too fast. (hint: the pictures are quite telling by day 7.)

day 1 — *snip, snip* look, tiny ears and almost no fur!

day 1 — Daddy is wiping my wet little pink nose. Look how tiny I am!

day 2 — roarrr! (I’m still all pink!)

day 2 — roarrrrr!

day 7 — I turn a week old today! Can you tell what I am?

day 25 — ta-da! (boy, do I need to get more sleep!)

day 25 — awww… I wuv hugging my wee little bolster.

day 30 — look at me! I’m just a cute little baby.

day 35 — sigh… I give up!

Awww… Isn’t he adorable? Haha it took me until day 25 before I could tell that he’s a panda bear! How long did it take for you?

Personally, I do favour Knut a little more. But heck, all babies are kewt!

I Think… I’m in Love

Update: RIP Knut 5 December 2006 – 19 March 2011

After so long, I thought I would never love again. But this time, he has totally won my heart. I mean, I had never wanted anyone so much! Each time I look at him, my heart breaks a little. He is so cute I wanna cry! Those gentle eyes. That sweet face. And that body! Oh, that body. What would I give just to be near it? I want a hug from him so badly!

Meet Knut, the polar bear cub! Look how white and cuddly he is! His innocent little eyes are like buttons! If I ever needed a Sparklette mascot, Knut would be it!

Awww…

Knut is the latest German sensation. At the tender age of only a few months old, he’s already an international superstar and has won the hearts of millions!

Look, how tiny!

He’s only slightly bigger than a cat! How can anyone resist that furry little ball of cuteness? He’s just a tiny little baby, the size of a soccer ball!

Knut was born in the berlin zoo on December 5, 2006. Rejected by his mama bear at birth, he has been raised with lots of tender loving care by zookeeper, thomas dörflein. (seriously thomas, you have the best job in the world!)

Now, having raised a newborn baby (cat) myself, I know that’s no easy job. These babies tend to be extremely frail without their mothers’ warmth and milk. In fact, Knut’s twin brother died at birth.

Let’s hope Knut would grow up to be a strong adult bear (although part of me does wish that he would stay this adorable size for a long time)!

Of course, photos alone do not do Knut and his cuteness enough justice. You have to watch him in this video! I had been feeling a little blue, but after playing this video, I cheered up immediately! (some people may find the song annoying. You have been warned!)

Has your heart melted yet? I wanna give him a rub-rub all over! With a rub-rub here and a rub-rub there, here a rub, there a rub, everywhere a rub-rub.

Please, if anyone is going to Germany, please get me one of these cute Knut stuffed bears! I love him so much!

Have You Seen Pearls Being Taken out from Oysters?

Like how Marilyn Monroe sings it, diamonds are a girl’s best friend. But what about the other best friend, pearls?

Now, we all know that pearls are harvested from oysters. What happens is that the oyster gets a sand particle or little pebble into its shell. It gets irritated the way you would when dust gets in your eye. You tear up as a result. The oyster “tears up” too, by secreting a pearly substance called “nacre” that coats up the sand particle overtime to form a pearl.

Have you ever seen pearls being taken out from oysters before? I don’t know about you, but I certainly haven’t!

We were at a department store where they had a pearl counter. The guy had piles of pearl oysters in front of him and he was harvesting pearls from them!

It looked to be a fairly easy and quick process. The guy was sitting back and looking incredibly bored as he was getting the beautiful pearls out of those oysters.

1) pry open the oyster.
2) flip over the tiny flap containing the pearl.
3) take out the pearl and cleanse it to get rid of the oyster stench.

The guy said that these were specially bred pearl oysters and it took 3 to 5 years for the oysters to turn the irritants into pearls. The pearls ranged in various colours (white, peach, golden), sizes and shapes. Apparently, the round ones are pretty rare. Oysters like their pearls to be oval in shape.

There you go! A real pearl taken right out of a real oyster!

Yin Yang Cats

i have been neglecting my cats quite a lot. When I say “my cats”, I’m referring to the few permanent residents living at my void deck. We store cat food in our mailbox so we would feed them whenever they give us pitiful looks.

on my way home today I found spooky the black cat and the fair coloured “buddha” cat (so-called because he would sit around the whole day, just like a Buddha statue!) sitting together, much to my amusement. This was a rare sight so I quickly snapped a few pictures!

buddha cat always seems to get into a fight with just about any cat. We have witnessed his involvement in quite a few fights with different cats and kittens, so I was quite surprised to see him allowing spooky that close to him. Maybe he’s taken an interest to the very sweet spooky, who’s the direct opposite colour from him.

the black cat sitting in the darkness and the fairer cat sitting in the light, quite the epitome of yin and yang don’t you think? There have been a spate of cat abuse and murders recently, with one twisted serial cat killer, David hooi, getting the maximum jail sentence of one year. I consider this the first battle won against animal abuse in Singapore. A year ago people here barely bat an eyelid when cases of animal violence came up. Punishments, if there was any, for the perpetrators would range only from “stern warnings” to three-month-long jail sentences.

It’s a Sick World We Live in

everyone knows that right? Here’s something to further add on to that.

seriously, what kind of a sick bastard would do something like that? People kill one another all the time, out of rage, jealousy, for money, love, or what have you. But to dismember an innocent young kitten? It must take a really disturbed freak to do something like that!

jeez, words can’t describe how I feel now. Just reading the short article alone makes my blood boil. You know what I would do if I ever see someone dismembering a kitten?

i would seriously give the fella a hard kick in his groin. Repeatedly. Until he squirms in agony and can’t even scream, as just the act of screaming would induce pain. I would kick him until he can’t stand it no more and collapses onto the ground. I would then stomp on his groin with my sleek stilettos. Repeatedly. With the same knife he used to dismember the kitten, I would dismember his dick.

what if it’s not a man, you ask? Well I would find a way, still. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

man, that’s how mad I am right now. My old-time blog readers would remember the incident where I caught another son of a bitch at my block trying to run a cat over with his remote-controlled car. You can read about it over here. The incident happened more than two years ago, and I still remember it vividly.

recalling that incident, reading numerous articles about animal abuse and torment all the time, and now this. I just cannot understand the sick mind of animal abusers. I don’t care how many times they have been abused when they are growing up, or how much violence they have witnessed or are accustomed to, torturing animals for morbid pleasure is just wrong.

the laws over here simply pay no regard for animals. Animal abusers are almost never caught. Even the ones that do, they either get away with a stern warning, or spend a number of weeks in jail for torturing and killing an animal. People seem to readily accept that animal abuse takes place and let these bastards get away scot-free. To those people who have witnessed animal abuse and never did anything to stop it, they are no better than the perpetrator himself!

yeah, if you can’t tell by now, I am damn pissed off right now. Jesus. I wish I could do something. Just anything at all. The apathy and self-centeredness that Singaporeans display is really getting on my nerves. The genuinely nice ones (like that old Malay lady you see every morning) who feed stray cats in the neighbourhood are ostracised, verbally abused even, simply for their display of kindness towards animals. People in general think that we shouldn’t feed stray cats because they would just breed and multiply and populate the neighbourhood.

do you know that most stray cats around here have been neutered and therefore can’t breed anymore? Next time you see a cat, look closely at its left ear. It should be slightly chipped, an indication that it cannot reproduce anymore. By ostracising or preventing people from feeding cats, it only results in starving these poor animals who are perfectly harmless. Isn’t this an act of cruelty as well?

for those who have cat-phobia and are so sure that cats would follow them at their heels if they came too close, get over yourself! Cats are independent creatures who wouldn’t care less about following anyone unless they really like you!

please, if you haven’t, treat animals with a bigger and kinder heart. Give the neighbourhood cat a gentle stroke of its fur (cats are mighty clean animals). Report animal abuse and teach that son of a bitch a lesson should you ever find one in the act of animal cruelty. Whatever good you do would return to you in kind.

too many of us have stayed too quiet for too long. It’s time all of us do our bit to make this world a better place!

Sentosa Bird Show

I was at Sentosa over the weekend and managed to catch the bird show quite by chance. From a distance away I kept hearing this repeated sound made by some creature. When I got closer, I realised it was coming from the parrot enclosure. One very mischievous greenwing macaw by the name of rocky was calling out nonstop, while his other feathered friends were similarly perched nearby, nonchalant.

Parrots have never been on my favourite animal list. But after today, I’m a fan! First of all, these birds were really beautiful. Their feathers were of bright and vivid colours. The greenwing macaws had red crowns and bodies of royal blue and green. They also appeared to be very playful and mischievous, and seemed rather intelligent.

During the show, the parrots performed various tricks such as raising a flag, competing in basketball, playing hoops, and matching colourful wooden blocks of different shapes to the correct placement.

They even seemed able to do math! Children in the audience called out two numbers (less than 10) to which the macaw did an addition. I was really impressed! It must have taken a lot of training for the bird to be able to recognise the numbers written on the white board, and then remember the correct answers.

I mean, there are 45 different combinations of the 10 numbers. So the parrot has to remember all 45 combinations and their answers. Or 90, if the left and right positions of the numbers are taken into account. Am I getting anything wrong here? Because it seems the parrots are really intelligent!

The last part of the show was dedicated to wildlife conservation. The animal trainers said that in South America where these colourful macaws came from, trees are being logged down so fast, an entire rainforest the size of Sentosa can disappear in a matter of hours. Do they really go that quickly? I’m a little skeptical.

Anyway, I really liked this segment of the show. It was really cute seeing the blue and gold macaw pick up the little pieces of garbage with his beak, walking across the table, and then stepping on the lever of the tiny dustbin to throw the garbage in.

One thing I noted is that the props used are all very colourful, like the feathers on their bodies. No wonder the birds like them. Gee, I have seen similar bird shows when I was a kid. But I certainly don’t remember enjoying them as much as I did today!
