Hi,

I think the normal size type is like around $S 4 nowadays….
Vaguely remember ever having a extra large size one which cost around S$20++ few years back. Its big enough for like 6 people to share…and the huge amount of leaves required to wrap it up….
The fun of eating it beats the actual taste as its really a big one !!…maybe too big…haha

I have the exact same sentiments! With regular-sized dumplings I tend to get greedy and eat the whole thing, even though it may be too much for me. Plus, the rice is really calorific! Those bite-sized dumplings are a far better option.

I think I would like the Mini Rice Dumpling. I usually find myself not liking to eat too much glutinous rice, so mini rice dumplings are of a manageable serving for me. View all comments by py
