I suspect it wasn't handled well or that it wasn't that fresh. About the serving, like you said, it's really good for that price. Other than the disappointing crayfish, the pasta itself was really good, the sauce was fantastic too. Clam chowder was a bit blend, like you said, and I don't think I really got to "chew" any piece of clam. But the garlic bread was really great!
