I find that Rochor Original Beancurd's <em>tau huay</em> is distinctly inferior to Beancurd City's. Beancurd City's texture is so much smoother you can immediately taste the difference! Some updates on the tau huay since the last time I wrote about it… I find that Rochor Original Beancurd’s tau huay is distinctly inferior to Beancurd City’s.
