Veron, you won't believe it, but I only just came through a really bad cold too! I was down for 4 days, and my projects are all piling up!

The bugs have a nefarious plan to infect all busy people at the same time! If only we can have some additional anti-virus to help the anti-virus already built in the body....

Heya Veron,

Really sad to hear how things have gotten you down recently... I mean when we met just a month and a bit ago, you came across as a fun-loving, bright-eyed, enthusiastic person, who was looking forward to the future and all it had to offer.

That said, I can totally relate to what you're going through - everyone burns out now and then. You just need to take some time out, think about what's best for you, then get back to making yourself happiest.

I look forward to seeing the usual Veron back...hang let me rephrase that...
I look forward to seeing a new, improved, more focused, and ultimately happier Veron back real soon!

:)

Hmmm.... I don't know if I should say this but I think that your situation arises partially because you are a square peg in a round hole (or a round peg in a square hole?). I always thought you would do better in an environment that is creative, free flowing and with lots of spontaneity and room for experimentation. My first impression was that it isn't really you but heck who am I to judge right?

Other than drinks (I drink red every night), some exercise may help too.

This is exactly what I feel this year. The more I procrastinate, the more the work pile up. It is not that I don't have things to do, it is like I have a thousand things to do but I simply had no desire to even make a dent in all the things I need to do. That's when I decided that I need a break, to re-evaluate what is important and how my life is going to be. I'll be flying off for a solo break soon for a week.

If a trip abroad is not feasible, for me a long bus trip to the airport with my ipod blaring my fav music sometimes will do the trick.

And take a look at this website. Usually when I saw so much love around, I simply cheered up.

Hang in there, you are not alone.

Babe, i know you are definitely feeling lousy at this moment. i felt that way when i have so much work yet so little time. the best stress-buster is to finish all the work, i'll stop other personal things and do do do my work till completion. understand what is the main cause of depression, then work on the cause, after that you can relax and do whatever that cheer you up. we will be here for you!
Veron, the reason is because you are capricorn. Capricorn always aim big and ambitious, and start up big. But very soon, as Capricorn become more mature and smarter, capricorn will start to climb the hill one at a time, meaning breaking everything into small task and persistently overcome the small task. Most capricorn find success when they adopted this way of working, and only very few astrological sign is able to accomplish anything big like Capricorn because Capricorn is known to overcome all adversity, have astonishing persistence and patience. All other signs probably give all half-way through.

Sometimes, behind the drive for perfection lies the fear of failing, the fear of falling down in front of others.

Yet falling down is how I learn my lessons. This thing is out of bounds and that brings me pain. The paradox then begins, when I learn what is painful and avoids it; when I redo what is tantamount to success.

In that repetition of cycles, I lose what I treasure most and Faith departs from me.

Sometimes, behind the drive for perfection lies the fear of failing, the fear of falling down in front of others.

We all have dreams and aspirations, and someday we suffer setbacks. Well, just hang on there and things will be well. If you feel that everything is in a bad shape, just take a break and it will help.

Take care & best regards.
