I think the direct boss plays a huge role in employee morale. I may love what I do. but if I have a sucky boss, I doubt I would enjoy going to work. Let me know how the buffet goes! Oh by the way, the Town Restaurant has different themes for the buffet on different days of the week. You may wish to check out their website before heading down. redsatin, you are absolutely right!
