    Ken: I wouldn’t have known it was today too, if I hadn’t specially did a check on it. I’m sure people in the US don’t celebrate this festival. Even in Singapore, the festive mood isn’t as hot as it was in previous years. View all comments by Veron

  4. Veron: Since I’m Chinese, I do celebrate this day, but it is nothing like Hong Kong or Singapore. It’s unfortunate that the only widespread Asian culture here is incorrectly written Chinese tattoos. I don’t like 7-11 here in the US at all, but when I was in Hong Kong, I thought “wow this stuff is cool!” View all comments by Ken
