Do the same thing back in singapore ... tahan till 11pm and drink lotsa water. For a long trip stay in US with different timing, you will take about 3 days to totally adjust it. But just continue to drink more plain water. No beer, no party and you will recover faster.

I used to travel to US every few weeks and to europe every 6 weeks till the body clock screwed up! hahah.. now glad that dont have to fly much.</description>

Also try your very best to stay awake till the local time (USA) after 11pm. It will help you to adjust your jet lag.
