sparklette.net was down over the night. i came into the office this morning and panicked when i found a blank page where my blog should be. the problem: one of my databases had crashed as my server space was almost full.
christopher, the technical support guy i called up at my host, IT works interactive was really helpful and efficient. he had the problem fixed within minutes. phew!
but that’s not all.
while looking through their website for the technical support hotline, i also checked out their newest promotions. found a deal that actually doubles my server quota for the same price i am paying currently.
a couple of e-mail later my server space had been doubled at no extra charge! from now on i no longer have to worry about exceeding my quota. fabulous!
