Sorry about this but would like to ask around if anybody knows what buses to take or which mrt station to alight?

i’m kind of a roads idiot.
and haven’t been to arab street or haji lane.

Another sweet and high calorific post. I think swiss rolls have evolved quite significantly over the years, just like cupcakes had, from cheap and average confectioneries to something more decadent and bombastic. View all comments by walter

Joyz: It’s in the same area. Look out for the bright cyan exterior of the shop. It really stands out from the rest.

Ken: I guess you’re a durian fan!

py: I think they only sell them uncut. They are foot-long rolls that fit nicely into the pretty pink boxes. I’m sure you’d have no trouble carrying them home.

Thanks for this post. I have been to Kandahar Street several times when I am at Kampong Glam, but I didn’t know that there is a stall that sells such nice swiss rolls.

Hopefully the shop sells swiss rolls cut into smaller slice, else I can’t imagine myself buying one whole roll and carringy it home….. View all comments by py
