Well, your jewellery (now I know why it read so weird, you are using the US English) is very nice for one. And you have good instincts. The gold stars really made the charm stand out very well. One of my favorite drinks, the brown cow, is made from kahlúa :) But in this context, what is used in the kahlúa salmon dish is in fact coffee sauce (at least from what I read in the menu haha). Kahlua is a coffee liquer =) used commonly in shots, Irish coffee or cocktails. I just had to get that out of my system =p.
