To clear things up (since apparently they aren't clear enough already), this is just a blog that is in no way affiliated with Toast Box. Sorry to hear about your displeasure with that old lady. Probably she just prefers drinks to be less sweet?

toast box tea is the super tea i ever had before..i m working at changi T3..i m very fond of the tea there..but when the guys does the tea it taste good and i love to drink up to 3 cups a day..
there is a old lady who has been serving tea lately n it taste horrible..when i order i have to indicate more milk make it sweet..
today i went to toast box ordered for two tea when the lady was making it i told her to put more milk, she thought i dnt understand chinese and was talking to the cashier abt my order and the cashier told her not to bother and make as she wish..when i n my friends drank it , it was so disguisting n my fren throw it away.

pls explain why is she spoiling the image of the toast box..why cant she make the drink like other guys who does it..and it was rude of them to talk in mandarin thinking i dnt understand..

i n my friends have decided to stop buying from yr store unless she stop doing the same thing..we are paying money its not free but still why we dnt get wat we wan..

pls reply, i want to know wat is her problem?
