I went checking out Fatty on 31st May.

• Char siew chicken wings no longer available @ stall.
• Gotta order yummy wings beforehand. Minimum 10 pcs. S$1.20 ea pc.

Be sure to check out (& taste!) the S$2 a plate wonton noodles from the 2 aunties stall in middle row, right next to beef noodles stall.

When I hear people saying eating in Singapore is expensive, I often wonder how so.. In happy & deep contemplation I will fish the thin noodles coated with tangy chilli & fragrant sauce into my mouth. Pop in a cute little chewy chewy wonton. Then squeeze in a thin slice of char siew roast pork – into the already delightful mix in my mouth.. Yum yum..

Psst, $2 wonton mee is closed on Tues!

It oughta be roasted char siew chicken wings, just like the roasted pork char siew.

Chicken wings marinated in char siew sauce – then roasted to perfection. Yummy!

Fatty Cheong! That fat guy (is that Mr Cheong?) is a cheerful uncle!

And yes, we like Fatty’s roast duck rice – boiled plain rice must go with the shiok chilli!
Dunno whether they are still doing the $1.50 bbq char siew chicken wing – cheap & good!

P.S. I used to stay @ ABC but has since moved.

I used to visit this place alot, until one day, one of the servers gave my whole family who are regulars a really bad experience. From then on, we never went back.

Now that you’ve mentioned it, I feel that the rice is alot better. Do try the duck rice with char siew and roasted meat. :)
