Lychee with lime marshmallow mooncakes from Goodwood Park Hotel, Singapore

Lychee with lime marshmallow in snowskin
S$25 for two pieces; S$45 for four pieces
Rating:

All the flavours from last year have made a return except for apple caramel. In its place is the lychee with lime marshmallow in snowskin mooncake. This tropical flavour combines the zest of limes with the sweetness of lychee purée and chewy lychee bits. A highly refreshing combo.
