A cute Disneyland mailbox! I think that all letters posted from this box would bear the Disneyland postage stamp.
The most beautiful shop of the lot has to be this pink one. It’s a gift shop! I waited forever for the crowd to pass so that I could take a good picture of it! And trust me, there were THAT many people. Even though we were there on a Friday, the place was teeming with people, mostly Japanese. I wonder why they didn’t have to work or go to school!
Huge balloons in the shapes of various Disney characters!
Before hitting the rides, we stopped for lunch at the refreshment corner. The selection wasn’t impressive – just some (not very good) chicken burgers and fries at expensive Disneyland prices. Over here I got my first clue that Japan seems to be a land with no chilli sauce; people dip their fries in ketchup instead.

Ever since I went to DL in HK, I told myself I really have to go to the one either in Orlando or Tokyo. I’m usually not into these kawaii or cartoony stuffs but once i was there, I went craaazzy!! Every single thing was cute! Of course, I won’t recommend HK, its sooo small and full of “rude people”. But it just fuel my interest for the other bigger and better DL!

Wow, nice! The train handles are so kawaii! I’ve been to Disneyworld in FL(USA), and I have to say the one in Japan is comparable, if not better!
The Japanese are experts at making things cute.

Joyz: Hey, I thought Disneyland would be the same all over the world! I didn’t notice any rude people In Tokyo Disneyland at all. They were all very professional and full of hype!

Love those disneyland photos…reminded me of when i was there last december…did you visit disneysea too? it is even better! the landscaping and the theming will blow you away! IMO, tokyo’s disneyland is the best, having visited all disney parks around the world(except paris).

haha, their staff are all ok. i’m referring to some of the customers from the neighbouring country (sorry, no offence to anyone)…but they kinda spoilt my experience with the constant pushing and cutting queues…

Looks like u had quite an adventure. :) 40 degree celsius! Wow… that’s brutally hot. Not as humid as SG i suspect.

Joyz: Heehee I get what you mean! At Tokyo Disneyland, everyone was very orderly. There was no queue jumping at all. The Japanese are a really polite bunch!
