Hey Chocolat, Your Cupcakes Rock!

Lately, my body has been piled high on chocolaty goodness. Aside from visiting Ricciotti for their decadent lava cakes, I have also been snacking on these delicious cupcakes baked by one of our readers.

Hey Chocolat sent us a batch of her freshly baked cupcakes. She even made them in her signature flavour, the Original Darn Good Chocolate Cupcakes. That works for me; they ARE darn good!

Not only are the cupcakes wholly chocolate, each and every one of them has been painstakingly decorated with a cute little flag, too! The flags sport her pink logo from her baking business plus a personalised message. I LOVE it! Thank you!

Besides looking cute, the cupcakes taste super delicious, too! The dark chocolate icing on top is absolutely rich and satisfying. It gives new meaning to the phrase “delicious sin”!

As though that’s not enough, the cupcakes are also sprinkled with both dark and white chocolate chips for good measure. Biting into the cake yields another surprise — more chocolate chips hidden amidst the chocolate cake!

As far as chocolate cupcakes go, these are among the richest and most wholesome ones I’ve ever had! Darn good!

sometimes i find some cupcakes borders on great decoration but have bland taste. i want a cupcake that is beautiful AND edible! this surely looks like one.
also, after this, you better not complain if readers start sending you chocolate cakes! :D

  I know what you mean. I love browsing through the pretty cupcake photos on Flickr. Some are even decorated with colourful miniature “objects” that look so darn cute! But whether they taste as good as they look is a different thing.
  These chocolate cupcakes are different. They look beautiful and taste even better! No kidding.
  Oh if any of my readers wanna send me free food, I would be honored and delighted! Even if it makes me fat :P
