The dim sum is divided into two primary categories: steamed and fried.
The steamed varieties include the ubiquitous siew mai, xiao long bao, char siew bao and yam paste buns as well as traditional items like chicken claws.
The xiao long bao in particular is a delight to savour, with flavourful meat in a pouch-ful of soup.
The fried dim sum comprise several crowd favourites like cuttlefish balls, man tou with chicken floss, you tiao with salad cream and custard buns.
A personal recommendation is the deep fried fish fillet that comes drizzled in sweet and sour sauce.

The restaurant specifies that a minimum of 4 adults are required to enjoy the buffet. It gets crowded on weekends and reservations are recommended. On weekdays though, there are hardly any customers (except for tour groups).
