The chocolate recipe comprises aromatic cocoa beans grown in exotic destinations like the Dominican Republic, Tanzania, Madagascar and Ghana. It was specially developed at the La Maison Or Noir chocolate laboratory in Meulan, France. The result is an intense cocoa flavour, with a bottom layer of banana slices for added sweetness and texture.
