The Three Logs cake (not three log cakes) from Da Paolo Gastronomia gives you the best of both worlds… oh wait, never mind. It combines three of the deli’s best-selling cakes: ground almond cake with a crispy chocolate hazelnut feuilletine centre, chocolate cake with caramel cream studded with crunchy Valrhona chocolate pearls, and the velvety Valrhona chocolate cake with brandied dark chocolate ganache.
