The Merry Kouglof is a traditional European brioche cake with blueberries and whole almonds. The Holly Berawecka is laden with sweet pears, dried apricot, dried figs, preserved ginger with honey, almonds, walnut, cherries and spiced with star anise. The Once Upon A Christmas ($3.80) plum brioche features sweet custard cream and fresh dark plums that are baked to a lovely golden hue.
