Chinese New Year 2012 Giveaway: 3 Sets of Salmon Yusheng from Red House Seafood Restaurant [Ended]
Update: This contest has ended. Find out who the winners are.
With Christmas just passed, Chinese New Year is just around the corner! This heralds the arrival of the yusheng (raw fish salad), a staple food I’ve come to love at Chinese New Year. In fact, I attended a dinner function on New Year’s eve, and to our pleasant surprise, yusheng was already being served then. It had raw salmon slices and gave me a sashimi craving for the whole of the weekend. If you’re interested, here’s an iPhone photo I took of the yusheng.
By now you must be thinking, let’s get on with the giveaway already! All rightey, here goes…
We’re giving away salmon yusheng from Red House Seafood Restaurant so that you can too partake in some energetic lo hei action at home. Last year we held a similar giveaway. The response was so great that we’re doing it again! We’ve also extended the contest duration to a whole week so that those of you who are still holidaying some place exotic will have ample time to take part.
