Chinese New Year Giveaway: 3 Sets of Salmon Yusheng from Paradise Group [Ended]
Update: This contest has ended. The winners have been announced.
To usher in the lunar Year of the Dragon, we have more goodies to give away! Since yusheng is such an auspicious dish at Chinese New Year, we’re giving away salmon yusheng from the Paradise Group of Chinese restaurants for your family’s lo hei pleasure.
Personally, I am a huge fan of the restaurants under Paradise Group, especially Seafood Paradise, Paradise Dynasty and Kungfu Paradise. In addition to yusheng, the group is also offering a wide selection of festive specialties and reunion set menus at its various restaurants. So do check them out if you’re looking for a place to dine this Chinese New Year.
For now, let’s get on with the giveaway!

I like “love letter” egg rolls because it is one of the food that symbolises Chinese New Year. I remembered when I was young, we don’t have abalone or other rich foods for Chinese New Year but we will always have egg rolls. It’s a cheap and tasty snack and it really brings back childhood memories whenever I have them.
